Why Advisory Only?
Most technology consultants also sell implementation services. This creates inherent conflicts of interest.
When a consultant knows they'll earn revenue from implementing a solution, their recommendation may be influenced by which option generates more implementation work. When they have partnerships with specific vendors, they may favor those vendors even when alternatives might be better fits.
We chose a different model. We only provide advisory services. We don't implement solutions. We don't resell products. We don't earn referral fees from vendors.
This means our only incentive is accurate guidance. We succeed when you make an informed decision — regardless of which option you choose or who implements it.
