2-3 business daysBased on the Decision Session, we prepare a formal proposal with clearly defined scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

- Deliverables you'll receive
- Timeline and milestones
- Fixed fee with payment terms
Outcome:
- Detailed proposal document
- Consulting Services Agreement (if accepted)

All engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-fee. No hourly billing surprises.
Context Gathering
1-2 weeks (typical)We collect the information needed to analyze your situation thoroughly. This includes documentation review, stakeholder interviews, and technical assessment.

Presentation & Handover
Half dayWe present findings to your leadership team, answer questions, and hand over all deliverables. After this, the engagement concludes.

Stakeholder Access
We need access to the right people: decision-makers, technical leads, and subject matter experts. Timely interview scheduling is critical.
Documentation
Existing documentation helps us understand your current state. Architecture diagrams, contracts, policies, and previous assessments.
Responsiveness
Questions will arise during analysis. Quick responses to clarification requests keep the engagement on track.
Technical Access
For some engagements, read-only access to systems or environments may be needed. We never require administrative access.
Decision Authority
Clear decision-making authority ensures recommendations can be acted upon. We need to know who makes the final call.
Honest Feedback
If something isn't working or requirements change, tell us early. Mid-course corrections are easier than end-of-engagement surprises.
After the Engagement
Our role ends with deliverable handover. Here's what happens next:

- 30 days of clarification support (email-based)
- One follow-up call if needed
- All deliverables in editable formats
What We Don't Do:
- Implementation or project management
- Ongoing advisory retainers
- Vendor introductions with commercial interest
