Vendor Introductions & Referral Fees
Purpose
NeoTechnology Solutions LLC provides IT Decision Consulting on an advisory-only basis. This Disclosure Policy explains how we handle vendor introductions and any potential referral fees, to maintain transparency and trust.
1. Vendor Neutrality
Our advisory work is designed to remain independent and decision-focused. We do not resell products or services as part of the advisory engagement.
2. Vendor Introductions (Optional, Client-Requested)
If a client requests introductions to vendors, integrators, or specialist service providers, we may facilitate introductions.
Vendor introductions are always optional and only provided at the client's request.
3. Referral Fees / Commissions
If any referral fee, commission, or benefit may apply as a result of an introduction, it will be:
- Disclosed clearly in writing, and
- Agreed in advance before any referral arrangement applies.
No referral fees are taken "silently" or without documented disclosure.
4. Client Freedom of Choice
Clients are always free to:
- Choose any vendor/provider,
- Request multiple options, or
- Proceed without any introductions.
Clients have no obligation to select any vendor we introduce.
5. Separation from Advisory Recommendations
Advisory recommendations are based on the client's stated needs, constraints, and trade-offs.
Recommendations are documented regardless of vendor selection and are not conditioned on referrals.
6. Conflicts of Interest
We aim to avoid conflicts of interest. Where a potential conflict may exist, we disclose it and document the client's acknowledgement.
